Versa 4 won't charge or sync to the app.
What is going on with fitbit that the watches don't last these days?

Now it won't update or sync since Saturday. And it won't charge. Google is messing with the code, methinks!

As a first step please try to restart your devices by keeping Versa 4' sisde button pressed for around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on it's display.
