Versa 4 won't sync with the Fitbit app

Will not sync to phone and because of this can't give any health metrics

Hi there, @Df73. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 4 has stopped syncing with your Fitbit app. I understand how important it is to you to get all your data, specially your health metrics data, synced to your Fitbit app. I'm here to help!
