Versa 4 won't sync

After changing the phone and completely resetting the watch, they do not synchronize completely. The synchronization code comes to the watch, I enter it in the phone and an error appears. The watch is added to the application and to the account, even shows the firmware version, while it constantly shows the battery charge of 0%, despite the fact that the watch can have any charge and 10 and 100%.

Update: The animation with the synchronization icon is stuck on the watch. The watch is displayed in the application, but does not synchronize. More precisely, when adding the watch to the account, it partially synchronizes and that's it. Sometimes it even asks to update the device firmware. I tried connecting it to different phones, resetting it, installing an older application. I'm 99% sure that the watch is already trash and can be thrown away. The guarantee is not an option, no one will change anything for me. I wonder how many more users like this are there?) This is probably the main purpose of creating this post.

Does it make sense to remove the screen, disconnect the battery?

Today, I have not contacted anyone.

There are no options for help with this problem. Perhaps it would be possible to solve something if I had the ability to flash the watch using a computer, but there is no such possibility and there will not be. It's just the brand's relationship with the client. Brand has a huge amount of defects, a huge amount of software errors, but you still talk about some tickets and so on. You don't help in any way. Why are you still working for them?)

I want to buy a Google watch 2 or 3, but I'm afraid, something will definitely happen, it's a Fitbit. Throw the watch in the trash again... I can't throw money away like that.

Last time I had an error synchronizing the new watch, but I reset it and was able to connect it. Maybe I should look for the a.p.k of the application that I had then? Or will this not help at all? The Fitbit and these synchronizations just make my nerves just give out.

I'll add more if someone else tries it. Tried several versions of the app for 2023. Didn't help.
