Versa 4 won't track my Active Zone Minutes accurately

My new versa 4 is not reading my zone minutes correctly. I went for 1 hour run and it logged in 1 zone minute. This doesn’t seem right. Please help

Zone minutes depend on HR and your zones. Zones are set in the app based on your max HR. Most likely your Versa 4 reads your HR wrong (too low) and you're not getting zone minutes. Have you verified the accuracy of HR during your run?
