Same here I'm getting by far less active zone minutes than I used to get on my Versa 2.

My new Versa 4 is not tracking active zone minutes like my Versa 3 either. I have exercised this week but my active zone minutes are zero.

I'm having the same issue! I worked out 3 days this week yet my Versa 4 claims I have 0 AZM? That is not possible as I know I was in heart rate zones, etc.  I checked my settings and everything. This needs to be fixed please! I had no issues with this when I had my last Fitbit.
