I am getting so frustrated with this fitbit thing. I have been trying everything I can, and it is getting worse and worse by the day.
It is stealing mileage from my exercise, starting about a week ago. at first it stole about .1 mile, then .2.. every day a little more. It just stole half a mile from me on my last exercise.
i was trying to get my last 2 miles in and it was half a mile short so i went a whole extra half mile. furthermore, the heartrate jumps all over the place on me..... it started reading low and would suddenly jump 10+ bpm and back down again.
That was my most intense workout i have done so far and i was really trying so hard to make sure to use the watch the best i can. I've worn it 2 fingers up that made it worse. ive intentionally not been holding the rail on the treadmill so my arm swings. ive cleaned the contacts, ive charged the device, ive rebooted it, ive made it tighter, ive made it looser, it doesnt matter what i do, it just keep degrading in functionality.
and to top it all off.... just now i was going to write this post and i went to take a picture of the readout on my treadmill to share on this post along side of the exercise session from the app.... and the whole session session is missing on my app! The steps and mileage updated (again stealing a half mile), but the whole session is missing from the app, it only has yesterdays and before session.
Who can tell me what the actual best reliable smart watch is for this? I dont care the brand. I want it to *work*. Having actual apps would be nice too.
