For the last two days my Versa 4 has not tracked my miles. It reads "0". It has the step count, but no miles. I am very active and this does not make sense. I have done the syncing, shutting down the Fitbit, turning off Bluetooth. Any other suggestions?

@Bazzy72 Other users have this issue, too. It seems to be related to automatic stride length settings. Try turning off your automatic stride length. Tap on your profile picture/gear icon in the upper right, then Exercise. Look for the Stride Length setting and toggle it off. Fitbit is aware of the issue.

My wrist watch tracker records the exercise but that doesn't sync to the app. The app shows steps tracking and records the auto exercise like 'intense exercise' but not the same as on the tracker where I can see the details for each workout. Have tried lots of resetting and uninstalling.. seems fitbit has a problem this week. Started thus week.

Mine is doing the same. It always seems to be something with this watch. I’m definitely buying a different brand next time. This is garbage.

I got mine fixed. Switched the strides off. Seems as though I am buying a new Fitbit every year to year and a half. I might switch to the Google watch. Thank you for your input!

I have also had this issue and at about the same time as the original poster. Is there a fix or patch coming? I reset strides, things seemed to be back on track, and then this weekend I'm back to getting 0.03 miles clocked walking my routine mile and a half loop. It counts steps fine, but tracks mileage as if I was taking mouse steps.

Hi everybody ! Nice to see you around. Thank you for your messages.
As already mentioned our team is aware of the situation and is working on a solution to it.
Many users have now confirmed that they were able to fix it by entering the stride length themselves. It's worth a try until our team has worked on the solution.
You can find instructions for this here:Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?
