So I am having so many issues with fibit right now. I had a sense 2 but the problems drove me crazy. So I switched to a versa 4 in the hopes it would fix it. It did not
It's not tracking sleep or it says I'm asleep when I'm not
Won't track health metrics
When I restart the fitbit it's goes from logo to red x to logo. But I can't figure out why the red x is appearing. Everything is up to date.
I've contacted fitbit support on my sense 2 and they don't even know why it's not working. I've had a fit it since 2017 and I've never had this problem. I'm losing my patience and considering switching to a galaxy watch if this is not fixed by Tuesday. Does anyone know how to fix it? I've tried the restart settings for the phone and app.

Hi there, @Annecothr. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your new Versa 4 isn't tracking your health metrics accurately. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.
As a first approach, please note that your health metrics data are based on heart rate data and since you just got the Fitbit Versa 4, you'll need to give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.
For more information, see the following help articles
Regarding the red X, please try to manually sync your Versa 4 by tapping your profile picture > your device image > Sync Now. By doing this, a firmware update banner should appear.
If Sync Now doesn’t show an update banner, please tap your profile picture > your device image > Gallery. The app should show a popup to install the missing apps to install the missing apps and recover the device. If the firmware update banner does not show, press and hold the side button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, then release the button. For more information please visit How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If none of the above works, please do a manual factory reset: Press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off and vibrates. When the customer feels the vibration, release the button, then immediately press and hold the button again. Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear, then as soon as the logo disappears, release the button, then press and hold the button again. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.

I’m having similar problems.
it has logged my sleep every night but where it says “your next sleep profile” it only says 1 night logged.
in the health metrics section, it says “no data in the last 24 hours” for all of them except resting heart rate. It has said this most days and I’ve been wearing my fit bit everyday. It has logged 1 breathing rate score and one heart rate variability score both on the 12th, then nothing. SpO was recorded from the 5th to the 14th then nothing after that. Skin Temp has never been reported and it keeps telling me to wear it for 3+ nights and I have and still nothing.

Forgot to note, this is for a Sense, so maybe wrong thread, but same issues.
