Versa 4 won't track my heart rate accurately

Hi, everytime I do a HIIT session my versa 4 struggles to record my heartbeat or recognise that I'm still working out. I then cannot adjust the heartrate after to reflect the actual workout.

 

The last 15min HIIT stopped recording 3 times and maxed my heartbeat at 91bpm when in fact it was at least 147! Have tried different wrist positions but can't get it to work.

 Most of us do trouble shoot before coming to ask here. I have gone through the stages  and some trouble shooting listed doesn't apply to Versa 4. You cannot turn heart rate  on and off as advised on that list. It isn't updated to include Versa 4
