Versa 4 won't track my heart rate accurately

1. Heart rate is not recording properly. Despite going full tilt on a rebounder it states my HR is 88

Also applied to a swim yesterday where my HR was logged as 102!

Same today on a walk, and HR is goes between 75 to 80  despite what i do

Versa 4 didn't record auto swim

No baseline showing despite wearing V4 constantly for over 14 nights (it states i need to wear it for 3 more nights) Skin temp shows in app under health metrics

Tried shutting down and restarting . No difference

Cleaned back of unit . No difference
