My previous tracker was a Versa. I workout with someone who has the Versa 2. Our HR readings were almost always identical. Since I upgraded to a Versa 4 my heartrate has been extremely low. I contacted customer service and did all of their trouble shooting tricks, I was advised to send it back and they returned with a refurbished Versa 4. In reviews I am seeing that this is a common issue with the Versa 4. When I returned the device I advised Fitbit that I do not want another Versa 4 and would be happy to try a different device. Apparently that was not an option. My next device will not be a Fitbit.

Hi there, @mjane4. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.
Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Versa 4 and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our Support Team. Note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team handles based on our policies.
Thanks in advance!

I’m having the same problem and am considering the same solution (return/refund). I’ll still give it a couple of extra days.
It’s really annoying since the heart bpm is a key data point to measure others (calories, active minutes, etc).
