I'm no longer asking for solutions because I have been bringing this issue up ever since I bought this watch over a year ago. Heart rate monitor is garbage and that's one of the main reasons I have it for monitoring my heart during exercise and sleep. It is very rarely giving me an accurate rating, especially during exercise. It will say my heart rate is 80 bpm when I'm running full speed on the treadmill it's frustrating because it was expensive. That's all have a great day.

Make sure that the band is not to tight or to loose, also some tattoos under the watch can affect the reading.
