Versa 4 won't track my heart rate data

My versa 4 did not track my sleep last night nor does it display the graph on heart rate for the walk I did this morning. I tried restarting the device but there is still no data.

Today the Versa 4 is tracking heart rate and displays the sleep data. All seems well now, but I'd still like to know what happened.

@lapeet I'm glad to hear that your Versa 4 started tracking your heart rate and sleep data again. 

Regarding your inquiry, we are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your Versa 4. In case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.
