Versa 4 won't track my heart rate when on a zwift

I am running and biking on zwift and using my versa 4 but it is not capturing my heart rate on zwift any longer.  any ideas on what I can do?

What do you mean by "not capturing your HR on Zwift"? Fitbit can't broadcast HR. For Zwift, you need external HR monitor. But if you mean that Zwift rides synced to Fitbit show no HR then what I do, I track Spin at the same time as I ride on Zwift. When I sync Zwift ride (I sync from my Garmin account into Fitbit as Zwift doesn't seem to sync to Fitbit) the ride will overlap with spinning and will show the same HR. Then spinning can be deleted.
