I have worn my Versa 4 for over a month now and it keeps saying no baseline skin temperature variation reading. I am based in the U.S. so believe the feature should be active here. Can you please advise?

@MLCHL Welcome to the Fitbit community!
There seems to be software issues concerning Baseline Skin Temperature tracking. The thermal sensor itself, however, seems to be working as it tracks skin temperature variations during sleep. I think we'll have to wait for a firmware update that will fix this issue.

Thank you for your response, however, I have not seen any tracking of skin temperature variations during sleep either, so how would I know if the sensor is working?

@MLCHL You're welcome!
You can find these in the Health Metrics Tile in your Fitbit app.

Hi @MLCHL - there are 2 places where the Fitbit App should show skin temperature, in a separate tile and in Health metrics.
Skin temperature sensor.is not listed as being present in the specs of a Versa 4.
Though is listed as a feature see Feature and Specs section
