Why is my versa 4 not registering my skin temperature. I’ve worn it since early December. It says wear for 3 days for it to register?

@Plemoine Welcome back to the Fitbit community!
There seem to be software issues with tracking of the Baseline Temperature. The thermal sensor of your Versa 4 though should be working as long as you get tracking of temperature variations during sleep in the Health Metric tile in the Fitbit app.

Thank you, how do I correct this problem?

@Plemoine As this issue is known at Fitbit, we'll have to wait for an update for the Versa 4 to fix it.

Awesome. I came for the same purpose. I do see in the health metrics tile that my V4 just started logging temps Tuesday night. Wow. Def took more than three days!
At least i know it works now. Will be good to have the rest of the functionality working soon!

That’s really disappointing as I bought my Fitbit versa 4 purely for this feature, which isn’t working. When I try to reach support or live chat, the page seems to be missing from the site. Are Fitbit generally good at support?

@Phatbat Welcome to the Fitbit community!
I've had a few issues over the last years, that were always handled very professionally. Currently Fitbit seems to be in a restructuring phase as they are a part of Google who have bought Fitbit in 2019. The team however is constantly working to fix software issues in their devices.
Here you can reach Fitbit support:
Many users report contacting Fitbit support over Twitter as a very reliable option:

@Plemoine I fully understand your disappointment. But I've already answered to your complaint yesterday (see above). Let us all give the developers time to correct this bug. As soon as I've gotten any more official information on that issue, I'll post it here.
