I’ve tried many different things to get a sleep score but for the past two weeks I’ve had 1 sleep score of 94 and that was after I did a reboot.

Hi @Penny.Co - did you try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync. Tap on any message at the top of the Fitbit App to get it resolved.
This may clear any errors and ensure proper syncing. It may not resolve old night's scores.
If it continues it may be an issue with the new V4 Fitbit App version.

I have done all of those things before I contacted the Fitbit Community with no results!! Where do I go from here?

@Penny.Co - as mentioned it does seem like a problem with a version of the new V4 Fitbit App, see Sleep score

So what is Fitbit going to do with this problem? It seems that a lot of people are having this issue!! Are you going to replace everyone’s Fitbit with this problem?

@Penny.Co - this is just a user forum but as it is not a watch problem all you can do is wait and see. Since Google took over Fitbit there is even less information and announcements.
Also look at posts in "The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out!" topic in the appropriate iOS or Android app forums where you will see more fully the issues.

This issue was happening to me — but was resolved with a reset of the Versa 4 and a fresh install of the Fitbit app, so that’s my suggestion. My Versa 4 is back to normal. 😊

Last night I got a detailed sleep score of 81. I have an iPhone 11 that I'm very happy with!! I too am a Fitbit fan for over 8 years and I’ve never had as many problems with tracking my sleep as I have had with this Versa 4!! It’s still under warranty and I’ve been tempted to ask for my money back unless they can get this problem resolved! What time of day did you do your install?
Thanks for your input 🙏🏼
