The sleep app on my Versa 4 is worthless. Every night, I go to bed at 10 pm and arise at 6 am, and both of these sleep targets have been set. As I am an older male, during this 8-hour period of slumber, I awaken 4 or 5 times to urinate and then return to bed. The sleep data have never recorded my actual sleep-time. It is always underestimated.
For example: Typical daily Sleep Scores: 3 hr 53 min, 1 hr 4 min, 2 hr 51 min, 5 hr, 8 min.
Average Weekly Hours Slept: 3h,21min.

Hello there, @TomDNA. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 4.
As a first approached, I'd recommend to sync your Versa 4 to the app after waking up. This will help to make sure that all your data is sync properly.
Also, note that your time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time spent awake and restless from your overall tracked sleep time. For example, if you slept 8 hours but woke up 2 times for 15 minutes each, your time asleep would be 7 hr 30 min.
To learn more about your time asleep in sleep stages, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
Edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
Hope this helps.

I have a similar issue. Although I fall asleep between 10 and 11 every night, the Versa 4 thinks I am up until midnight or 1 AM. It records wake-up time very accurately. The result is underestimate of my sleep time. Heart rate is being tracked but does not appear to be overly high between 11 PM and 1 AM. What is going on here? Thanks.
