Versa 4 won't turn on after a restart

I've experienced this issue at the very start of today and I've restarted it numerous times. Everytime I restart the device the screen comes back on but once it turns off I can't get it to display again. No matter how many times I push the side button it never displays the screen again. I always have to restart it but nothing ever changes and it does the same thing. This is seriously stressing me out as I unsynced my device and now I can't even sync it again.

Hi @Mel_22 - probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. Unfortunately it may need a factory reset and they can help with this.

 

If is is faulty get it replaced under warranty.
