Versa 4 won't turn on and time is showing wrong

I have a Versa 4 and  it was losing minutes.At 8:00 Fitbit said it was 7:46  Fitbit turned off and now it won’t turn on. Does anyone know why it won’t turn on

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.

It's very likely that your device's battery currently is completely drained. So I'd suggest giving it a full charge. If it won't charge please take your time and have a closer look here:

I'd like to point out that it will take more time to start charging a deep discharged battery.

Hi there, @Frank613. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4. 

I agree with @Talahthas. It seems like your Versa 4 has run out of battery. So, please follow the tips and recommendations provided by Talanthas. 

Once you manage to sync your Versa 4, the time should be corrected. Keep in mind that your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.

Tried all of the info provided . Used link supplied and still nothing . It looks as though it is trying to start but doesn’t. Fit bit said it’s not working and offered a new replacement. Thanks for your help everyone

I, too, am having issues with my Versa 4 showing the incorrect time. What's funny is I posted about this last week, yet now cannot find my post anywhere. Mine is less than 6 months old and the time issue occurs whether I have a full battery or am nearing 30%. It's annoying.

I finally contacted Fitbit and they sent me a replacement
