Just got a Versa4 and it will not stay on if not connected to the charger. It’s indicating 100% charged.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Diamondgarry520!
Sad to hear that you're having issues with your new Versa 4.
To exclude any possible mistakes while settung up your new device, please take your time and have a closer look here:
How do I get started with Fitbit Versa 4?
If at any point your Versa 4 will show strange behavior, please try to restart it by keeping it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
In case nothing of this will work for you, I'd suggest contacting the reseller for further support or an exchange.

Hi there, @Diamondgarry520. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your new Versa 4 is not turning on. We'll be glad to help you to sort this out!
As a first approach, please follow all tips and recommendations provided by @Talahthas.
If the above doesn't work, since the screen is blank and you can't complete the set up process, please do a manual factory reset: Press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off and vibrates. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then immediately press and hold the button again. Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear, then as soon as the logo disappears, release the button, then press and hold the button again. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.
Once the above has been completed, please proceed to set up your Versa 4.
