I just got my fitbit versa 4 yesterday. When I set it up it, it looks like it loaded everything correctly, but the 'update tracker' button is still showing. When I push that button, it tries loading the update but takes a long time and then seems to time out. Also, the phone will not sync.
I have tried:
1. Deleting and reinstalling the app
2. Factory resetting the tracker
3. Powering off my phone and restarting
Is this a tracker issue or something else? Should I try exchanging the tracker?
I have an iphone 11 if that makes a difference. I appreciate any help!

My phone is on IOS version 7.5.1.
I have tried everything listed in that article.
