Versa 4 won't update the time

so just got a new Fitbit today. I set it up at 3:36. Now it’s after 6 PM and the home screen has not moved off of 336. When I scroll through the rest of the functions, they all seem to have the correct time on. Only the home screen that isnot working. How can I fix it

Hi there, @Playful. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to help you with this!

Based on your post, it looks to me that your Versa 4 has not properly synced. To make sure your new Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices. Keep in mind that your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. 

If you've tried the above but to no avail, make sure that you're not running into syncing issues. For more information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Versa 4 is syncing, please try changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again. 

Lastly, please make sure that your Versa 4 is up-to-date. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
