My versa 4 doesn't vibrate when I get incoming text messages. I do have that option clicked.

Have you checked whether your Versa 4 vibrates for other features like your alarms, step goal, etc.? If it's not vibrating at all, it's very likely that your Fitbit device is on sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

I did check your suggestions. It seems like the do not disturb is turned off. It still won't vibrate when I get a text. It will for a phone call. I have a Samsung Galaxy s9
