I have a Samsung Galaxy S25FE. It won't vibrate when I get a text message. I do get phone calls. I have the fitbit app on my phone. Would I have to have the versa 4 app?
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Thank you for sharing those details about the issue you're having with your Versa 4.
Just a quick heads-up: if your phone is set to Do Not Disturb, Quiet Hours, or Driving Mode, your device will still receive notifications, but they won't alert you. To check your settings, simply swipe right from the clock face to open the Quick Settings screen, then tap the Do Not Disturb or Sleep Mode icon. Hi @Jrawls. Thank you for the response.
To restart the device: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
