Versa 4 won't work properly

Just bought versa 4 because my versa 2 is just continuously restarting. but this versa 4 is not updating on anything after I take it off the charger not the time or steps, it also is frozen on whatever screen I had it on. I have rebooted hard restarted it. Nothing is helping.
