Versa 4 won't work unless it's connected to the charger

Hi,

We got a Versa 4 on July 25. A few days ago it wouldn't stay on when removed from the charger. Battery percentage says 100.

If I attempt to do anything on the screen it shuts down. So I can't do any hard resets or software updates.

I'd like to contact FitBit for a warranty claim. I don't want to send a direct message through Twitter as I don't use Twitter.

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. If you haven't tried already, I'd suggest restarting your device by holding it's side button for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

If that won't work for you, here's how to get in contact with Fitbit support:
