Seems to be a frequent issue looking at Google…
my versa 4 has started (two weeks ago) turning off despite having plenty of battery (40%+ each time - sometimes 100%) and not turning on again unless on charge. I’ve Reinstated eveything, synced etc but nothing is working.
Any advice please as this is particularly frustrating having been my 2nd watch in a couple of years due to issues

Hi @GemT164 - this can be a combination of issues. Try changing clock face.
If you check battery level in the Fitbit App it can be an old reading depending on when it last synced properly, which can be an issue that it doesn't.
The battery level is best checked on the watch in Quick Settings and even when charging can show very different levels than when not charging.
If you have short battery life as well for any reason it may decline rapidly.
Make sure to get syncing working consistently and reducing battery usage.
Only as a LAST resort a factory reset may help.
