I updated my Versa 4 two days ago but this is now only working when charging. If I remove it from the charger then the screen goes blank and the Fitbit switches off even though it's fully charged. I've reset the Fitbit, I've cleaned the charging points, I've left it on charge, disconnected it from the app and also completed a factory reset and it's still not working. Anyone else experienced this and managed to resolve the query as this is all happened since I completed the update.
