I tried to use the 'find phone' function for the 1st time and the watch came up with a message about creating a shortcut. It then went blank and its stuck that way.
It was fully charged but I've plugged it back into its charger anyway and it vibrates to suggest its started charging. I hold the button down for 10 seconds and it vibrates again but no fitbit symbol appears.
The phone app just keep saying that it cant see the phone and then shows a red exclamation mark.
I have also tried using different chargers to make sure that it is being powered which it appears to be.
How do I restart it ?
The watch is less than a month old.

Hi @Leeclem - check the time of last sync in the app and then battery level to see if in fact it is in need of charge and just in case also see instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If not resolvable it can be replaced under warranty.
