Versa 4 wont send info to the app

My versa 4 wont send the info to my app on my phone and is stuck It is working on the watch but not appearing on the Galaxy phone Fitbit app!!I I have headphones on too for music

Thank you for providing the details regarding this difficulty.

I'd suggest you try the following steps:

  • Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  • Turn Bluetooth off and on. 
  • Open the Fitbit app and sync again.

In addition, I recommend that you try restarting the device as suggested here.

If you're still having any issues, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
