I've just recently changed from a luxe to a versa 4 and my zone minutes are super low all of a sudden. Is this a problem with the versa 4?

Not sure if Fitbit monitors the community and can help with this problem?

Hi there @Lanajd @AngelaMay. It is nice to see you around guys.
Thanks for letting me know about this inconvenience with the zone minutes.
Given that your Fitbit device will track your zone minutes based on your HR, I recommend that you restart your device. Cleaning the back of your device with fresh water will also significantly enhance the way your device tracks your HR.

@AngelaMay Let me assure you that a regular restart will not result in data loss.

@AngelaMay Since you have a Versa 4, is as easy as pressing and holding the left button for about 10 seconds.
