Versa 4GPS and zone minutes all over the place

Been using versa 4 for a week as an upgrade on versa lite. Main reason was for built in GPS. But so far every walk has been tracking distance and average pace way over. Tracks 4 miles as 5 but steps seem to be inline with 4 miles. But pace is as if I'm running not walking. 13 minute miles and not 15 to 16 minutes as expected. Also heart rate records half the zone minutes as before. Majority minutes below zone. Never in cardio and rarely in fat burn zones. Really not happy with upgrade to versa 4.

Welcome to the community @Alt666 .

Thanks for the details regarding the inconvenience with your Versa 4.

Before considering other options, make sure to follow the steps suggested in this article.

All devices with GPS sensors require a direct path to GPS satellites to calculate location. A weak GPS signal might affect the accuracy of your route and other activity data. Your device uses your step count to calculate distance until it finds a signal, so the total distance calculated for a workout may be slightly less accurate when GPS isn't available for the entire time.

If you continue to see the same behavior and your GPS is not getting disconnected, make sure to try following the steps listed in this article to complete a restart and check if you still see the same behavior afterwards: How do I restart my Fitbit device? It should help with the difficulty with heart rate records.
