Versa charge cord doesn’t fit Versa 4

I needed to buy a new charge cord for my versa 4. I went to the Fitbit store to buy one, so bought the versa charge cord. It doesn’t fit at all! I guess the newer versas fit the charger for the charge Fitbit? But it would be nice if their online store, Fitbit would accurately label which charger works for which of their own devices.

Hi @Congomongo  I checked the Fitbit Store link and didn't find a Versa 4 charger, so I've asked a Fitbit Moderator to stop by to help you. Usually the item will state the specific Fitbit that it will charge. You probably got the one for Versa and Versa Lite unless you got the Versa 2 charger. Anyway, they should be able to help.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Congomongo. I'm sorry to hear about your Versa 4 charging cable experience.

 

I also checked the Fitbit store and original Versa charger wont match with your Versa 4. Versa 4 charging cable is  the Fitbit Smartwatch charging cable, you can find the picture on @Talahthas post. You can return for refund your Versa charger and get the correct one.
