Versa 4 won't respond at all

My versa 4 isn't working at all even after going through all the troubleshooting advised, it is completely dead and vibrates sometimes after staying on charge without coming on still. I then tried to do a sort of reboot of it via the app but it completely disconnected from the app and now I  can't do anything with the device nor through the app as the device is completely dead
