Sad to hear about your initial impressions with your Versa 4. As both functions you're complaining about are working on mine as well as on other user's devices obviously there must be something wrong with your setup.

First step to get things fixed, is restarting your device. To do so please sync your Versa 4 to not lose any data tracked so far. Then keep it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

I'd also suggest verifying that the device you are running your Fitbit app on does meet Fitbit's current system requirements:

Concerning your issue with mobile payment on your device you should have a look here to see if your bank is supporting Google Wallet :

Sorry but this is **** I did that many times multiple choice many different selection and nothing is working... Go on bloody Fitbit community all around internet Twitter Facebook etc and u will see is not only me 🤣 every next week something is going wrong with this  company...
