My Versa4 all of the sudden no longer shows the three colored curves on my ho.e screen.  It also does not show the lines for my heart rate just the numbers.

Mine just started pulling that trick. I press the button and it returns to the colors. I have no idea on the why of that but it seems to have started after a recent update.

Hi @esells @hikeon70 - also pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons, just in case they changed.

@hikeon70   Your experience with pushing the button is very interesting.  Pushing the button will change an always-on display to the standard display.  Except for the fact that @esells's screenshot ISN'T the always-on screen for the Paths Standard clock face.  The Paths Standard AOD screen shows the date and time and the outline of the curves.

Have you tried either of the following?  Go to the Details in the Gallery, Revoke the Permissions, the re-grant them.  Delete the clock face, then re-download it.

"Pushing the button will change an always-on display to the standard display."? The reverse must be why mine went to "always on." So many times when I turn my wrist it doesn't turn on so I press the button to get the watch face and then go to the stats I want to see.

I restarted mine and all went back to showing.

Pushing the button doesn't change anything on the display. There is only
the purple curve that shows up.

Hi, have you tried other clock faces, that may show information better?

In the Fitbit App, Gallery tile you can load alternative faces, while there are not as many as on older models there is still a wide choice, you may get additional features not found on this clock face, perhaps worth a look.

There is a search option to help locate what you will find useful and you don't have to pay, many are free.

I had to hold the side button until the logo showed up. It reboots the
watch.

I put a different clock face on it, and it is working now. Thanks!
