Versa4 not auto tracking my bike rides

Versa4 in the firbit app not auto tracking my bike rides or walks even though they are switched on. Another app called Pacinity is using my data from my work place to get well-being points, could it be that app is interfering? Thanks Angela

@AngeDyer If having your bike rides tracked is important to you, I always recommend you start them on your watch directly. This will help to ensure accurate tracking. On your Versa 4, you just swipe right on the device to get to the Exercise function, then tap All and scroll down until you see the Bike option. You may have to tap "Other Exercises" to open up all the options.
