Versa4 screen is turned on periodically, and exercise is interrupted every time

The screen turns on periodically about every 15 ~ 20 minutes. The screen turns on as well during charging, and the most problem is that if this occurs during exercise measurement, the measurement is interrupted and finished. When I tried to sync manually in the application, I found the screen turns on. Maybe when it's auto-synced  every 20 minutes or so, the screen turns on, and every process is reset. Is there a way to fix this?

Additionally, I've tried everything I can get from this community, including turning it off and on, factory reset, connecting to another phone, and restarting Bluetooth.
