Hi my versa 4 doesn't getting notifications properly in over a year, and customer service keep making me the same stuff to fix it over and over.I know how to fix it but I want to know what to do so I don't have to fix it every second day. Today customer service person told me to hang up and call again so I can talk to another person. 

Is there is anyone who can help me to fix it the watch permanently, or at least for a few months please
