My versa 4 is less than 3 months old. I regularly make sure it’s is updated, and I wear it 24/7.
however, despite wearing it for sufficient periods of time, sleeping for sufficient durations, having all other elements reported (like resting heart rate or o2 level readings) - at least once a week I am missing sleep scores and readiness scores. My versa will indicate that not enough data is available, though I have used my tracker according to all recommendations and all data points seem to be tracked and available.
this seems to be a device or software error. Please help.

Hi @soniasaurus - the first step is to restart the watch in case it has a problem.
Also sleep score is a calculated element and requires adequate syncing over a period of time in some cases. see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
if you look in the forums you are not the only one with this issue.

Not much help but mine is exactly the same - often doesn’t upload heart rate so can’t go a sleep score. Sometimes if you just edit your sleep time it will ‘recalculate’ and give you a score

Hi @jobe7777777 , @soniasaurus - also try Logout of the Fitbit App at night to allow the watch to record in standalone mode might help with more consistent recording.

I am having the exact same issue and I have tried everything.
I have:
Reset my watch
Deleted the app and reinstalled it
Disconnected my watch from the bluetooth and reconnected.
Still nothing works for more than a couple of days.
The weird thing is that sleep stages are recorded but I get a message saying not enough quality sleep has been recorded, even on a night where I slept for almost 9.5 hours. I just don't know what to try next.
