I have had this problem for a long time and wondering if anybody has any ideas how to fix it?
When I workout in the gym I set my watch to track "workout".
If I am doing weights, on the bike or running the tracked heart rates feels about right for how my body feels. However if I got on the stepper or cross trainer is hugely under reads. Claims circa 90bpm. When I then use the sensors on the machine sometimes my heart rate is upto 150 odd - and much more how it FEELS!
I am left handed and so have watch on right wrist. Sometimes switching to left wrist improves accuracy especially on cross trainer but makes no odds on the stepper.
Thanks for any ideas!
