Voice replies are not working on my Versa 4

I got my watch in December and I loved it now not so much. The voice reply has stopped working for text messaging. I've tried everything the internet has said to try and everything this website has said to try and it's not working. The main reason I got this watch was to voice reply to text messages while at work. I'm not sure if I got it wet and that's why it isn't working or what but I'm not happy with it.

If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance.
