Hi
I posted not long ago regarding a solution to my versa 4 not syncing to my iPhone. I have tried all solutions given and none have solved the problem. I’ve had this product since January and since April I have had no active readings other than steps and my heart rate.
How do I go about filing a warranty claim and am I eligible? I need the product to work fully for health reasons and I feel like at this point there’s no other option.
Amy guidance would be greatly appreciated.

@Mcw1210 Sorry to hear about your issues. You should try to file the warranty with the company you bought it from (Amazon, Best Buy, Google). You can also try your credit card company to see what warranty they offer. There’s also Fitbit support.

Thank you. I actually bought it from the Fitbit website as my health insurance gave a discount.
