How do I change from 24hr to 12hr clock in the Weather app? I’ve confirmed my Versa 4 clock settings are for 12hr. Thanks!

Hi there, @ldbz. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with the weather app on your Versa 4.

Please note that if your Versa 4 keeps showing in a wrong clock format, try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 24 hr format. I have set a few clock faces that only show 12 hr format even when I have set my clock to 24 hrs. So, I recommend choosing a different clock face. For more information, see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

If you have any issues with the weather app in general, please see How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?

Hi, it’s not the clock face that won’t change to 12hr, it’s the time in the weather tile [i.e hourly temperature feature]. I’ve tried several different clock faces and all of the time in the weather tile is set for 24hr. How do I change time in the weather time to 12hr?

@ldbz  The Weather app screenshots clearly show that a 12 hour clock display is available.  I use a 24 hour clock, so I did a fairly full scale, everything reset to see if I could get a 12 hour display on my weather app.  This is what I did, so you don't need to repeat it.

  • Set my clock display to 12 hours
  • Revoked all permissions in the Weather app
  • Logged out of my Fitbit app and turned my phone off
  • Restarted my Sense 2 (same weather app as your Versa 4)
  • Turned my phone on, logged back in to the Fitbit app
  • Turned the app permissions back on and synced my Sense 2

The Weather app still shows a 24 hour clock.  This makes me think that there is a bug in the Sense 2/Versa 4 weather app.

Thank you for the details @LZeeW!

@MarreFitbit it appears there may be a bug in the Weather app for Versa 4/Sense 2 - unless you have another solution to troubleshoot and resolve?
