Weather won't update on my Versa 4

I just bought my Versa 4 3 days ago. I have all permissions on, location on at all times, etc but my weather app will say the town and the temp outside, but anything else it won't show me and just tells me " No data. Try to sync mobile"

So I'll go on my app and press sync and nothing happens, it still shows that.

Anything I can do to get it to work?

This bug comes from several months already, and they don't seem very capable to fix it. It makes me almost regret buying a Fitbit. I probably wouldn't recommend it to anybody. We pay a smartwatch-ish price for it, but even something as basic as this is overlooked.

If you turn your phone's bluetooth off and on again, it'll work for a few hours, then stop again.

Hi there, @Unicornzombies. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4 and making sure all permissions are on.

To better assist you, please confirm that you've checked the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Yeah, I am already regretting that I bought one over a regular Samsung Smart Watch. Thanks for the info!

I used the Google Maps a lot in my last travel, that's why I didn't return it. But surely I'll go with a Samsung or Ticwatch when I'm done with this one.
@MarreFitbit just to see how they are unable to fix it, let's look at a quick search for "weather" in this forum:

I was really hoping their last update fixed it, but nothing.
