Weird heart rate spike in Versa 4 during sleep

I noticed my heart rate spike in my versa 4 after I had slept. The heart rate reached to almost 220! And stayed high for almost 15 minutes. Does anyone know if it is a glitch or what?

I have also  had issues with the heart rate not being accurate.  The FitBit Versa 4 said my heart rate was 135. I checked my pulse and it was 120. So I don't  really trust the heart rate all the time on my Fitbit Versa 4, especially when it is really  high like that. Seems like something for them to be working on. I would  suggest when your fitbit gives you a high reading like that to check your pulse manually to see what it really is.

First of all I'd suggest performing a restart. Restarting the device fixes many situations.

In addition, please follow the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information and check the information mentioned here about other factors that could affect your heart rate reading.
