considering smartphones have some pretty stringent security things in place to make sure not everything can harvest your digital life, this is just some basic troubleshooting to make sure that your phone doesnt cause the problem, should even take 10 minutes to do.

Not to receive a refurbished watch in return. Already did all of this with
two support people from Fitbit. New is an Apple and refurbished is a
grape. No comparison in my book.
