What is the "spatial audio" on Versa 4?

Anyone know what the setting "spatial audio" is? I've found it today in the settings Bluetooth for the versa 4 on my pixel 6. It's set to off and I'm unable to toggle it to on, but I have no idea what it is, or what it's function would be?

 

 

 

 (Also with my versa 4 seeming to be buggy, not syncing as well i.e weather up usually has 'last synced 110mintues ago/yesterday' etc although I sync it on my phone pretty regularly, calls not always connecting and having to restart every morning if I want my sleep score to show on the device as well. I'm praying there's an update. Is anyone else finding the versa 4 buggy?)

I'm experiencing a lot of "buggy" with my Versa 4 also.  Sleep records when it chooses to, for one thing.  Worked for a while.  Now it's being temperamental.  Google needs to hire an exterminator for these things.
