My Versa 4 won't receive WhatsApp call notifications from my oppo phone.

May I had already on all notification for all my apps and able to get notifications on Whatsapp text message but not it's Whatsapp call.

Pls assist thanks

Hi there, @Jay8788. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for making sure you've enabled the notifications settings as instructed. I'm sorry to hear that you're still not receiving WhatsApp call notifications on your Versa 4. We're here to help! 

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.  Thanks in advance!

WhatsApp notifications turns/emails/ notifications when phone is ringing is no longer coming through.
